Theater leasing fees:
Weekdays (Monday-Friday) up to 6 hours, ending at 5pm -- $450 either theater
Sunday through Thursday nights - Small theater $600, Large theater: $750
Weekday fee is for up to 6 hours. Over 6 hours is charged at our evening rate.
Theaters not available for lease on Friday or Saturday nights,
or on Saturday or Sunday during day.
Night events: guarantee of an additional $400 in food and beverage sales
(minimum party $1000 including leasing fee and catering)
Capacity:
Large theater -- 200 people
Small theater -- 100 people
Large theater has wireless microphone available for use.
We can also accommodate your laptop or powerpoint projector and/or dvd's.
Deposit: Leasing fee required prior to event. Balance will be billed.
Final count on number of guests needed 10 business days prior to event.
No outside food or beverages permitted.
Cancellation policy: Full refund of deposit if notified 10 business days prior to event.
NO Refunds for October, November, December events once booked.
Additional fees: 6.75% tax on leasing fee; 7.75% tax and 20% service charge on food & beverages.
